09/07/2010 - Since Dragintra carries out many measurements in connection with the management processes of a fleet, we have created a new standard that should allow us to conduct a quantifiable and objective strategic policy. This standard goes beyond the real TCO.
With this new standard, we can confront every motorist with regard to his use of a company car. As soon as he logs into Fleet Pack® he automatically gets, on the basis of seven dashboards, an objective report of the dashboards in which he deviates from the company-wide average. By this process, we can systematically steer and coach the category of motorists who deviate significantly from the group standard. Here, too, we can determine in consultation with the customer whether the UPI of the group is not too high generally. We can then work out highly specific projects with a view to lowering the general UPI.
Ultimately the user is, to a very large extent, a determining factor of your TCO. Therefore a lowering of your UPI is an ideal means to achieve a reduction of your real TCO.
